Investment Grade Energy Audits
with Project Payback Analysis
Neuwing's engineers conduct a detailed, onsite audit of all energy systems and technologies, and then conduct a comprehensive in-office analysis to identify energy-savings opportunities, create cost estimates, investigate potential grants, rebates, and incentives, perform the payback analysis, and generate the final deliverable. We will then formally present the findings to you and will be available to answer any questions you may have at any time.
Our audits identify no/low cost operational changes, projects with payback of 48-months or less, and long-term investments. We can also identify high-level opportunities to implement renewable energy solutions at your site. Using our standard methodology, Neuwing will collect utility bills for a 12- to 36-month period to allow us to evaluate the facility's energy/demand rate structures and energy usage profiles. We will conduct in-depth interviews with facility operating personnel in order to document major energy consuming systems and to understand variations in daily and annual energy consumption and demand.
WHAT WE DO
- Define your energy usage goals and constraints
- Conduct engineering site visit to interview facility managers, inspect critical energy using equipment, and document building operations and baseline system performance
- Recommend new technologies, renewable energy options, and retrofit opportunities to optimize energy efficiency and/or reduce carbon footprint
- Identify federal, state, and local utility incentive programs that will contribute to planned energy reduction projects and enhance your ability to control energy demand
- Provide a comprehensive analysis of proposed energy conservation measures based on detailed implementation cost estimates, site-specific operating cost savings, and client investment criteria
- Register Energy Efficiency Certificates (EEC's) on the North American Renewables Registry for all savings achieved
